for a Hospital Stay Each download is a "zip" file containing at least 3 MP3 audio tracks (spoken recordings and music), plus written guidance and a printable CD jewel case insert in case you want to burn the recordings onto CD (for your own private use only, of course). Because the Premier Range is more involved than the "TAKE TEN" selection, each download has its own information page, just click "More details..." in the table below. As with all of the downloads from Hypno4Health, there is no religious
imagery or message within the recordings. They are, however, extremely
effective and should not be used when controlling a vehicle, machinery
or doing anything that requires your full attention. The simple
test is this: if you can safely close your eyes for ten minutes
then you are safe to use the recordings. |
