An
Overview of the Website (with Technical Information)
You
might well be considering hypnotherapy...
It might be on the recommendation
of a friend, or from an article you've read in a magazine. The fact is,
the reason we might benefit from hypnotherapy is often the very same reason
why we can't commit to finding a professional and visiting their practice
at fixed times.
Each programme on
the Hypno4Health Website was initially designed for and used by individual
clients working with a qualified and experienced hypnotherapist. The "Testimonials"
page also contains more information from our principal Hypnotherapist,
Margaret.
Now these programmes are available for you to use in your own setting,
at your own time - and at a very affordable price.
Making
Secure Payments through PayPal
For everybody's peace of mind, our customers' payments are processed
through PayPal.
If the product has a "Buy Now" button
then clicking it will take you straight to the payments page. If the product
has an "Add to Cart" button,
then you can add it and other items to your "virtual shopping art";
just click "View Cart" button
at the bottom of the page and you will see all of the contents of your
shopping cart. Click "Checkout" to go to the payments page.
The Payments Page is secure and has the PayPal form all ready for you
to complete and to make a secure payment with your credit card (or debit
card). The padlock symbol next to the address bar at the top of the
browser (or in the bottom-right corner with older browsers) shows that
you are on a secure webpage. If you have a PayPal account you may
be invited to make your payment through that account, though you can choose
not to do so. Having or opening a PayPal account is NOT necessary to
make secure payments for our products. All of the information the
form asks for is necessary to prevent fraud.

Our actual downloading system is managed by PayLoadz.com.
When payment is received at our PayPal account, you will receive
an e-mail directing you to the Downloads Page. The Downloads Page
is time limited to a few hours, to prevent people who have not paid
for the product downloading it, so please make the download as soon
as you can. Although the e-mail includes a confusing looking "Transaction
ID" you should not need to use it, that is simply for reference
if you have to contact us.
When you click the link in the e-mail (if your e-mail
system doesn't support direct links, you will have to copy &
paste the address into your Browser's address bar) your Browser
will open at the Downloads Page. The instructions at the top of
the page give you the instructions for saving the file to your computer
(if you don't know whether you are a PC user or a Mac user - if
your computer/laptop doesn't have the Apple® logo, then you
are a PC user). For most people: click the Download Link with your
right mouse button, choose "Save Target As..." from the
menu that appears and save the file on your computer.
Winzip®;
Adobe Acrobat® & MP3 files
These are
all very commonly used and most computers today can use them automatically.
WinZip
allows bundles of files to be downloaded together in the shortest possible
time. When you are prompted to choose where to save the download, (e.g.
"download.zip"), just click the 'Browse' button and 'Save' when
you have the right place on your computer. When you double-click the .zip
file you will see a list of the items inside; you can then drag these
to a place on your computer or open them from where they are by just double-clicking
each one.
Adobe
Acrobat allows you to print written material regardless of what sort
of printer you have. We use these for written notes about using the audio
downloads and for the CD cover, should you wish to make a CD of the recordings
for your own private use.
MP3
is now the standard format for music on the Internet. It allows good quality
recordings in quite small file sizes. For your own private use
you might wish to "burn" the audio tracks onto a CD; although
the original recordings are made in CD quality, having been made into
MP3 format, there might be a slight loss in sound quality (though only
very sensitive ears - e.g. a musician's - can usually detect this!)
So,
will these file types give you problems? Probably not, but the simplest
way to try MP3 files for a start is to get the Free
Download and see how easy it is.
